Taylor Misiak is an American actress, born on February 17, 1992, in San Francisco, California. She is probably best remembered for her appearance in Pillow Talking music video by Lil Dicky, where she had a co-leading role.  Taylor was also in several short films, as well as having a very respectable amount of more minor roles on other television series.

She is also a regular on the FX series television series Dave.


Early life and upbringing:

Taylor Misiak was born in San Francisco to her parents Trina, and Dave Misiak. Taylor knew from an early age that she wanted to become an actress and would often star in local theatre productions while attending high school. She was even named Minnesota Scholar of Distinction in her Theatre Arts group. Taylor grew up in an area between San Jose, California, and Apple Valley, Minnesota, before ultimately relocating to Los Angeles so that she could pursue her dream of acting professionally. Taylor has said that she worked as a waitress for a while to initially support her acting career. She also received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree when she graduated from Ithaca College located in New York. She has also attended improvisation and foundation courses and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild Union.


Her career:

Taylor started to pursue her acting career by performing in theatres around various festivals. Taylor would also receive some offers to star in short films initially, which got her career off the ground. She would also go on to star on various television networks such as The CW, NBC, Verizon, and Netflix.

Taylor would also go on to the co-star of the 49th most expensive music video ever created when she appeared in Lil Dicky's "Pillow Talking".


In 2019 Taylor was cast as Ally Warner, a series regular on the hit TV series Dave. She portrays the girlfriend of Dave / Lil Dicky. The show premiered on March 4, 2020.


Her relationship status:

Taylor Misiak is currently in a relationship with writer and director Tony Yancenda. They have a pet by the name of Fredo, who is a mixed breed puppy. The couple has seldom been active with posting pictures of themselves together, but the few they do share they look absolutely adorable together. Though it's unknown when the couple started dating they look happy when they are together. 


Her social media presence:

Taylor Misiak may not be the most popular person on social media sites, because she doesn't seem overly active on her profiles, she still manages  to post every once in a while and has over 100,000 followers on her Instagram profile, she mainly posts pictures of herself, as well as her pet dog. 


In 2015 Taylor also appeared in an episode of About a Boy, where she played Co-Ed, the very same year she also appeared as Hannah in the 2015 shortfilm Laura which was well received by the critics, given how low the budget for it was.
